Terms of Service

Welcome to TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC. By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving cleaning services from us, or by using our website at tjproclean.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Office & commercial cleaning
  • Residential cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in / Move-out cleaning

Service details, frequency, and scope will be agreed upon prior to the first appointment. Any changes to service scope must be communicated and confirmed in advance.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via SMS, email, or phone.
  • We ask that you ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge — reschedule at no cost
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may apply
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service charge may apply

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior billing arrangement has been established.
  • We accept cash, check, and electronic payments.
  • Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date are considered past due.
  • Past due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
  • TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Service Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge
  • Re-clean requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for complimentary service

6. Property Access & Security

  • You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property.
  • Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings prior to our visit.
  • TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC and its staff will treat your property with care and respect at all times.
  • Any access codes, keys, or entry instructions shared with us will be kept strictly confidential.

7. Liability & Damages

TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will work with you in good faith to address any verified damage claims.

We are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Damage to improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to service
  • Items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance
  • Damage resulting from following client instructions

8. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and/or email address, and by opting in through our forms, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, and promotional communications from TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC via SMS, email, and/or phone at 1-888-866-4601. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly.

9. Independent Contractor Status

TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC and the client.

10. Right to Refuse Service

TJ’s Pro Cleaners LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior toward staff, or failure to pay outstanding balances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
